Pet-friendly room, pleasant stay!

Very very helpful and affable staff and quick to respond. Very comfy beds, favourable and absolutely perfect location to a trolley stop. Also - near both short sands, and long sands and shops restaurants.

Units in bedroom facing cat walk. Had nice amenities. The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from York Beach.

Spent 2 nights in this hotel during our vacation in York. Besides, the location was comfortable and ideal for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Long Sands Beach.

The location was favourable and perfect because it was really close to both short sands, and long sands and Close to beaches shops restaurants and historical landmarks in York, Kittery and Portsmouth. The staff were amiable and accommodating too.

Got the same a double room booked online with air conditioner and appliances, as for instance. A shower and bath sheets was a plus. The staff were really helpful at all times.

Guests have all their needs satisfied by the exceptionally courteous and attentive staff.

The owner and staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Great location within walking distance to both Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. Clean and cool air-conditioned room. The pool, although older, was clean and enjoyable. Parking was easy and convenient. Nice touches like makeup remover wipes provided.

We feel like we are visiting family every time we come. She has handled covid safety so well that we have come here multiple times this year with no concern. Quiet accommodation with particularly good setting very close to the Zoo, shopping, and many great restaurants and short sands & long sands and the beach and downtown. A huge variety of great food for meals.

We stayed at a charming hotel near the beautiful beaches. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and sea. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, making sure our needs were met. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a pool and outdoor seating area. our stay was delightful and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The television channels were limited, and could have offered a wider selection.

I liked the hotel, it's quiet and the location is IDEAL very close to everything in York.
